Remarks
The set the three lists below are subsets of, and the only one that answers "which folders does this deployment have". Nothing that acts on mail reads it, because acting is what the narrower lists decide; what needs it is a surface reporting on the folders themselves, where a mapped folder nothing mirrors has to appear as exactly that rather than be missing.
